Each professional is responsible for the individual requirements as stipulated by his/her licensing agency. Please contact your individual licensing board/regulatory agency to review continuing education requirements for licensure renewal. Please note: You must attend "live" (in real-time) for the duration of the training to earn CE credits.

After the event, you will receive access to your evaluation and continuing education certificate via a personalized "attendee dashboard" link, hosted on the CE-Go website. This link will be sent to the email account you used to register for the event.

Upon accessing the CE-Go "attendee dashboard", you will be able to:

  • Complete evaluation forms for the event
  • Download your continuing education certificate in a PDF format

Procedures for Dealing with Participant Complaints


Southeast Psych Nashville is fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with the American Psychological Association's Ethical Principles of Psychologists. Southeast Psych Nashville will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content and in the treatment of program participants. The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards will be the responsibility of the Program Administrator/Education Chair, Dr. Mizell, in consultation with the co-directors of the Southeast Psych Nashville continuing education committee, Drs. King and Verhaagen.
While Southeast Psych Nashville goes to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, there will be occasional issues which come to the attention of the presenters, committee members, or administrative staff, which require intervention and/or action on the part of Southeast Psych Nashville and its staff. This procedural description serves as a guideline for handling such grievances.


When a participant, either orally or in written format, files a grievance and expects action on the complaint, the following actions will be taken:
1. If the grievance concerns a speaker, the content presented by the speaker, or the style of presentation, the individual filing the grievance will be asked to put his/her comments in written format. The CE Director, Dr. Mizell (or co-director Dr. King), will then pass on the comments to the speaker, assuring the confidentiality of the grieved individual.
2. If the grievance concerns a workshop offering, its content, level of presentation, or the facilities in which the workshop was offered, the Director, Dr. Mizell, will mediate and will be the final arbitrator. If the participant requests action, the Director will:
a. attempt to move the participant to another workshop or
b. provide a credit for a subsequent year's workshop or
c. provide a partial or full refund of the workshop fee.
 Actions 2b and 2c will require a written note, documenting the grievance, for record keeping purposes. The note need not be signed by the grieved individual.
3. If the grievance concerns the Southeast Psych Nashville CE program, in a specific regard, the CE Director, Dr. Mizell, will attempt to arbitrate.

Access for Persons with Disabilities: The office at Southeast Psych Nashville is ADA compliant and the building in which it is located includes accessible parking, elevators, and accessible restrooms. Southeast Psych Nashville works to provide an accessible seminar for all attendees with disabilities and believes that persons with disabilities should be given the opportunity to participate and interact to the fullest extent possible.  Southeast Psych Nashville is committed to making our seminars accessible to persons with disabilities.  Southeast Psych Nashville will provide all written materials in alternate formats such as large print, Braille, or computer audio for persons visually impaired as requested.  Additionally, any videos utilized will include captions for those that are hearing impaired as requested.  Southeast Psych Nashville will plan in advance how we welcome persons with disabilities into our seminars.
